Tjitske Lovert (she/her) is a senior researcher in the Diversity research group at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. As a cultural anthropologist, she has focused her career on qualitative research in diversity and inclusion, particularly within vocational and higher education. Recently, Tjitske has concentrated on societal transitions toward an inclusive society, exploring how to foster meaningful change. Working with designers and utilizing methods such as design-based research and co-design, she works to address societal issues collaboratively with relevant stakeholders. An example of her work is the Haagse aanpak Gelijke stagekansen, aimed at creating equal internship opportunities. With a passion for fostering social equity and a talent for community building, Tjitske continues to advocate for impactful change in educational practices and community collaborations.
