'Digital Inclusion for every citizen'
In an ever faster changing (digital) world it is our responsibility to make sure that every citizen can be serviced in the best way possible. How can we create an environment that continuously provides inclusive digital governmental services? Our first step to the realization of this ambition is the Social Digital Standard (SDS). The SDS provides validated practical guidelines by which we can jointly continuously create digital inclusive services. The SDS takes an holistic approach, since it takes a variety of ingredients to realize this environment.
In this talk Mark will briefly touch the Social Digital Standard, but since it is Dutch Design Week he will (of course) focus on the research driven and human centric design aspect of the challenge.
Research partners: The Social Digital Standard has been created in close collaboration with several researchers, scientists, government and the digital industry.
