Inclusive Design for Information Technology

  • HUMAN EMPOWERMENT
  • THE HUMAN TOUCH
  • KEY ENABLING METHODOLOGY
  • SMALL WORKSHOP

In the project DID-IT (Dutch Inclusive Design for Information Technology), TNO is cooperating with the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, IT companies and design studios (Sysqa, Lost Lemon and Keen Design). TNO works towards a toolbox that helps companies that develop digital services for the government to take into account characteristics and needs of citizens with limited IT skills, thereby contributing to an inclusive society.

The participants of this workshop are informed about the toolbox, asked to provide ideas for form and content, and ownership by the creative industry.
