By means of design fiction, Vilans developed a future exposition which is currently used at multiple long-term care organizations in order to spark discussions and fuel the interest in using technology in daily work. What if one of the predictions of the exposition will come true? What does that mean in your work now?

Sandra Suijkerbuijk

Ms. Sandra Suijkerbuijk works at Vilans, the national Centre of Expertise for Long-term Care in the Netherlands. Sandra has a background in Industrial Design and Human-Technology Interaction. She has experiences in broad range of design methods for people with dementia and is currently a PhD candidate at TU/e.

Lotte Cornelisse

Lotte Cornelisse, studied Industrial Design Engineering at the TUDelft and is now working at Vilans; Centre of Expertise for Long-term Care. She works at the department of innovation and research with a focus on technology. Within her work she helps care organizations to make use of (new) technologies by using design methods. Lotte has experiences with user centered research in long term care.
