GESLOTEN | Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences
As part of CIIIC (Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition), the Creative Industry Stimulation Fund is launching the Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences (ADRIE) grant scheme. This grant is aimed at newly formed consortia (temporary collaborations) of makers, producers, institutions and researchers. The consortia put artistic and design research at the heart of the development and application of immersive experiences. In doing so, the consortia will contribute to a strong, innovative and independent field of immersive experiences.
Subsidy
The Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences Scheme in 2025 consists of two application rounds.
Round 1
A total of €250,000 is available for the first application round. In this round € 50,000 per consortium can be applied for a grant for the preparation of a two-year program of activities. Co-financing is not required. A maximum of five consortia will be selected.Round 2
Only plans that receive support in the first application round can submit a proposal in the second application round. For the second application round € 6,500,000 is available. A maximum of € 1,300,000 subsidy is available per consortium for the implementation of the program of activities for 2026-2027. This is subject to a co-financing requirement of at least € 400,000.

Deadline
Applications for the first round of applications are open from May 6, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to May 23, 2025, 5:00 p.m. A maximum of 60 applications will be considered this grant period.
New rounds of applications will be published in 2026 - and are expected to be published in 2027-2029.
