Apply for Circular Chain Projects Grant

Would you like to design a circular product or service together with other small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)? Or organise your processes or business model in a circular manner? And do you want help from an experienced process supervisor? The Circular Chain Projects subsidy can support this. You can submit an application to 30 September 2021, at 12:00 pm.

What is a circular chain project?
In a circular chain project you work together with other entrepreneurs to make a product or material chain circular. It may concern an existing chain or a (partly) new one. You jointly develop a product, process, service or business model and shortly after the project you can market or apply it. The application reduces the use of raw materials and CO2 emissions. Read more about circular chain projects and an explanation of other terms on the RVO website (see below).

Budget
The subsidy amounts to 50% of the eligible costs for you as an entrepreneur. This concerns your own costs and the costs of hiring a process supervisor. The subsidy is a maximum of € 20,000 per SME entrepreneur in a circular chain collaboration. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 entrepreneurs work together in a circular partnership. For 2021, the total subsidy amount (the subsidy ceiling) is € 4,500,000.
