What is your innovation strategy?
That innovation is of the utmost importance to guarantee the future of your organization, is something every manager knows. But insight into the innovative power of an organization is what’s often missing. Which factors determine if an organization is flexible and adaptive, so future proof? The Creative Equity scan that VanBerlo developed with TIAS School for Business and Society and the TU Eindhoven, gives a very detailed insight into these factors and ensures managers can deal with innovative performance within their organization.
DMN will dive into this relevant and interest subject with VanBerlo on Thursday 14 March, with a contribution from TIAS as well. Aspects that will be discussed are (amongst others): what are the big organizational challenges of this time? How does a Creative Equity scan work, when do you use it and what is its effect? What is the relationship with for example design thinking? And above all: how can you use it in relationship to managing design and innovation?
The meaning of this scan method is discussed from the point of view of design practice, business and education/research.
