How do you deal with the fact that clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in transition projects sometimes have very different views on the value of using specific methods?
What is the real value of applying methods within innovation and transition projects?
How can you make the impact of these approaches visible—not only at the end, but throughout the process? And how do you stay on course when stakeholder interests shift along the way?
These are the questions that have been at the centre of the KEM programme over the past six months. In conversations with designers, researchers, and clients, we explored how methods make a real difference in practice—and what it takes to convincingly communicate that value.
During the KEM Network Conference* ‘How to convince your client?’*, we will share the key insights from this exploration and talk with professionals about the value and impact of methods in their projects.
