Immersive Tech Week 2021

From 13 to 17 November, Amsterdam will be the location for VRDays Europe for the seventh year in a row. It is the largest Virtual & Augmented Reality festival in Europe and this year is all about Immersive Tech. Each of the five days of the Immersive Tech Week focuses on a different theme, focusing on the impact of new technologies. Covering topics from ethics to education and from science to art, the event focuses on connecting, inspiring and further developing the XR ecosystem. This edition of VRDays Europe is more international than ever, with partner events and an impressive virtual programme, details to be announced at a later date. Tickets are available at vrdays.co.

Global event in our own country
Immersive Tech Week (ITW) proves that it is possible to host a global event without leaving the country. The festival takes place in the Amsterdam Public Library (OBA) at Oosterdok, online in the Laval Virtual World and in various places around the world via Global Partner Events. This year, in addition to professionals, VRDays Europe is also open to the public and attention is paid to dealing responsibly with new techniques.

Each day focuses on a different theme:
• Day 1: Work, Life and Ethics
• Day 2: Education, Safety and Diversity
• Day 3: Industry, marketing and commerce
• Day 4: Science, Research and Healthcare
• Day 5: Art
