SIA RAAK-MKB

RAAK-MKB supports knowledge networks. In partnership with SMEs, RAAK-MKB finances projects by universities of applied sciences. The goal of the scheme is to advance knowledge exchange to enhance the innovative capacity of small and medium-sized businesses.

RAAK-SME finances projects of universities of applied sciences in collaboration with SMEs. The aim of the scheme is to exchange knowledge to increase the innovative capacity of SMEs .

In a RAAK SME survey, a question from SMEs is central. Universities of applied sciences and other knowledge institutions and at least 6 SMEs are conducting research in a consortium into practical applicable solutions to the demand. Solutions can take the form of a prototype, a new method or another applicable result.

For whom and what can you request?
Are you a lecturer or researcher at a university of applied sciences? Then you can go annually
Apply for RAAK SME financing for 2 moments. The maximum amount that you can request is € 300,000. You can submit multiple applications. The partners in the research, including the university college itself, contribute at least 50% of the research budget. This can be done in cash or in kind. The total project size is therefore at least € 600,000.

When can you apply?
Closing date no later than September 29, 2020.
