European Platforms for the Promotion of Emerging Artists 2024

This grant scheme supports projects that contribute to the visibility and circulation of emerging European artists and their works beyond their own borders, in Europe and beyond, and to increasing access to and participation in culture, as well as audience engagement and audience development. These projects should also contribute to the implementation of EU policy priorities in the cultural field, in particular creators' working conditions.

Projects within the European Platforms scheme are open to all cultural and creative sectors, but as it is an action within the Culture sub-program, projects involving only organizations from the audiovisual sector, or projects with a purely audiovisual content are excluded from participation.

The priorities of the call are formulated as follows:

• Artists and cultural professionals: strengthening the cultural and creative sectors.
• Culture for the people: increasing cultural participation and the role of culture in society
• Culture for co-creative partnerships: strengthen the cultural dimension of EU external relations.
• Culture for digital transformation: help European cultural and creative sectors take full advantage of new technologies to strengthen their competitiveness.
