Pitchcode 2025: a step towards fairer and more professional collaborations

With the launch of Pitchcode 2025, seven industry organizations (bvA, VIA, DDA, IDEA, BNO, DDMA, and PMA), on the initiative of FONK Magazine, are taking an important step toward a fairer, more transparent, and more professional pitch process within the creative industry.

The Pitch Code provides clear guidelines on how clients and agencies can work together in a sustainable way. This includes clear briefings, limited participation in pitches, fair compensation for participating agencies, and respect for intellectual property. This creates a more level playing field and a process that focuses more on quality than quantity.

Professionalization drive for the sector
CLICKNL sees the Pitch Code as a valuable development for the creative industry. The initiative contributes to the professionalization of both agencies and clients and offers concrete tools for sustainable collaboration.

The code is not a law, but a joint agreement: a moral compass that guides how we want to work with each other in the sector. CLICKNL supports this initiative because it contributes to a healthy, future-proof creative industry, in which collaboration is rewarded rather than exhausted.
