Week van de Circulaire Economie
During the Week of the Circular Economy, pioneers, companies, governments and knowledge institutions across the Netherlands showcase how circular innovation and entrepreneurship work in practice. For one week, the focus is on using resources and materials more intelligently, with plenty of room for meeting others, sharing knowledge and finding inspiration.
Across the country, talks, tours, excursions and workshops take place, organised by circular frontrunners and hubs. The programme also includes the National Circular Conference and the presentation of the Circular Awards. Together, these activities highlight the steps already being taken and the opportunities ahead for a circular economy.
The Week is open to a broad audience: from entrepreneurs looking to start with a circular business model to professionals and organisations aiming to take their next steps. Visitors can gain insights, explore new ideas and connect with others working towards the same transition.
The Week of the Circular Economy is initiated and organised by Het Groene Brein, which supports companies and organisations in developing sustainable and future-proof ways of working, drawing on knowledge from a broad network of scientists and experts.
