Wasteland: Out of Sight

Wasteland: Out of Sight is the third edition of the nomadic Wasteland Festival, taking place this year in Rotterdam. The festival takes an interdisciplinary approach to explore the complexities of waste and the invisible systems, infrastructures, and networks that manage and conceal it. Rotterdam, as a port city with its dynamic logistics and industrial landscape, provides the backdrop for a month-long program featuring exhibitions, performances, films, workshops, walks, and collective dinners.

Wasteland creates space for reflection and dialogue on how waste not only disappears but also accumulates and becomes part of our environment.
