Music Tech Netherlands x DDW: Creating with AI

This meet-up will take place during the Dutch Design Week (DDW) on Wednesday, October 23 at the Effenaar in Eindhoven. This event is part of the Dutch Design Week mission day “Digital Future” where the role of designers, creators, artists and technology is central within the new digital future.

During this meeting, Music Tech Netherlands will discuss the current state and role of AI within the creative process.

Questions such as 'what is the impact of AI for artists', 'what possibilities of creative expression arise through the developments of AI' and 'what does the increasing amount of content created by AI mean for the audience' will be asked and addressed.

This meet-up focuses on businesses within the music industry and how they can successfully deploy AI, particularly record labels, production companies, artist managers and concert and event organisers.

Keynote

The keynote will be given by Jeff Luyten, Co-founder of creative agency Uncanny. Uncanny specialises in visual productions. With Uncanny, Jeff Luyten integrates AI into their workflow and creative process. Working with Frascati Symphony, they created a visual projection that resonates with classical performance through the integration of motion capture and generative AI.

Once again, attendees will have the chance to take to the floor and share the possibilities, opportunities and challenges they see when it comes to creating with AI.

The meeting will end with a joint lunch provided by the ESNS business club, an excellent opportunity to get to know each other better, exchange ideas and explore possible new collaborations.
