Op 1, 2 en 3 juni 2016 organiseren De Balie en DutchCulture het Forum on European Culture, getiteld 'Re:Thinking Europe' over de kracht, impact en waarde van cultuur voor de toekomst van Europa. Kunstenaars, denkers en politici komen samen in Amsterdam om te discussiëren over deze vraag. Programma Among the programmes are a theatrical journey through the life of Hungarian author György Konrád, a conversation between Arnon Grunberg and Ulrich Seidl and a programme with Belgian political philosopher Chantal Mouffe and theatre director Milo Rau about the border between politics and performance.
