Vanessa Evers is professor Human Media Interaction at the University of Twente. She makes robots that are socially intelligent. “Right now we are busy designing a robot that helps autistic children to acquire social and emotional skills. I expect that in the future more of these kinds of solutions can emerge in all areas.”
