Are you a starting social designer and ready to take your skills to the next level? Join the SEED Programme and apply for a unique traineeship trajectory for starting social designers.

Foundation We Are, Afdeling Buitengewone Zaken and Social Design Showdown (Powered By CLICKNL) bring in their expertise and networks to support junior social designers who want to take the next step in their career! SEED is a brand-new talent development programme where starting social designers can develop their knowledge and entrepreneurial skills by joining a unique traineeship trajectory with senior social designers as coaches.

You can join one of the Masterclasses to learn important skill sets that are needed when working with public and private institutions. With a strong focus on artistic development, personal leadership and project management skills you will be able to better define your practice or talent as a designer. In addition, you can apply for the talent Development Track where you will be working on your individual development plan together with an experienced social designer as a coach. Together with all the participants of the SEED programme you will present your work, learn from each other and connect with new networks and audiences.
